Canyonlands RV, LLC. RENTAL POLICY REQUIREMENTS

In order to reserve your trailer from Canyonlands RV, LLC, you must agree to the following:

1. Valid drivers license–must be a minimum age of 25.

2. All cancellations must be in writing. The Reservation deposit of $ 300.00 is non-refundable if canceled 30 days or less prior to departure date. All cancellations are charged a $100.00 fee. When you reserve with a charge card, we wait to schedule you on our calendar until we receive your authorization form and then the specific dates will be reserved for you. Rentals are on a first come first serving basis. The reservation deposit of $300.00 is charged when we receive your reservation form and it will be deducted from the rental. The Security Deposit of $ 500.00 is authorized at time of departure. The day before you leave, the full rental payment is due. We accept Cashiers check, cash or VISA/MasterCard, Discover. No personal checks will be accepted. Charges that will be deducted from the security deposit are: Damage to the interior or exterior of the trailer, loss of equipment, generator fuel (if you rented a generator) extra days, late charges, accident deductable, and cleaning of interior. At the time of departure, an open credit card authorization is also taken for all rentals. This is only used, if damages exceed the $500.00 security deposit.

3. Canyonlands will not charge your credit card unless damages are present when the RV is picked up. Charges that will be deducted from the $ 500.00 Security Deposit, or other costs that exceed the security deposit relating to your RV rental, would be, to fill up the propane, damages to the interior or exterior or the awning of the trailer, or if the interior is not cleaned as you received it, or if you have extra days of rental or late charges, or generator fuel (if you rented a generator). All travel trailers are insured, however you are liable for the trailer. A $2000 deductable, per accident, will apply if any damage happens to the outside of the RV. If you are towing the unit, you are responsible to provide us, from your vehicle insurance company, with a liability policy covering the RV and your vehicle. If there is an accident you are required to pay the $2000 deductable unless your insurance company provides additional insurance.

The Trailer is to be returned complete with all equipment and the interior is to be cleaned which includes: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, kitchen sink, toilet, sink, shower, and carpet.

No smoking or no pets are allowed in the Trailer. The Security Deposit is non refundable if evidence of smoking and or having pets in the trailer.

The renter is responsible for any damage to the interior or exterior of the RV.

We have the right to substitute any RV if the rented unit becomes unavailable or cancel a rental at anytime. We are not responsible to pay any additional charges to renter, other than the deposit received.

4. The Trailer always has FREE of charge a Toaster, Coffee Maker, TV/DVD, AC, Heating, sewer hose, water hose, chemicals, toilet paper, electrical cord, and extra water containers to fill the trailer if you do not have complete hook ups.

All cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner will be provided.

5. Drop off time is Monday through Saturday 1 P.M. or later at campground. The pick up time is Monday through Saturday 9 A.M. at campground. The times can be changed if available. There will be a charge of $ 25.00 per every 15 minutes that you are late over your scheduled pick up and or drop off times if the driver is kept waiting. If customer is towing trailer, customer wil be charged the same late charge of $25.00 per 15 minutes that you are late. There will be a charge for pick up and delivery on Sundays, Holidays and after 5:00 pm of a extra $75.00
(Minimum 4 day rental for NASCAR and during holiday weekends during the month of June and July)

6. Delivery charges of the trailer varies. Check our delivery charge page for more information and exact rates. If the price of fuel goes up we reserve the right to change or modify the delivery charge or add a surcharge without notice.

7. Honda Quiet Generator rentals are also available for $ 45.00 per day plus the cost of fuel.

8. A reminder that we are 1 hr. ahead of Las Vegas and California.
